Exhibit Booth Spaces

We have showrooms or spaces available for your display, exhibits, products or services.  Each one (1) table will be fifty dollars ($50.00) for non-profit business, one hundred dollars ($100.00) for profit business.  Complimentary display spaces are available for missionaries without any profits from display sales.  This form is not replaced with registration form but may add on to it if you wanted to attend workshops.

Spaces or booths are limited and on a first come first served basis.  Please reserve your space as soon as possible as there is a deadline on June First.  If the space or booth available after June First, the new fee would be ten dollars ($10.00) for missionary, seventy five dollars ($75.00) for non-profit business or one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for profit business.

Displays or exhibits are only for indepenedent fundamental Baptist associations, businesses, churches, and missionaries with subject to approval by executive board.  Please make money orders payable to:  "Deaf Baptist Fellowship of America" or "DBFA."  Please do not forget to sign your name on the bottom of this contract after you read the exhibition room policy and agreed.

EXHIBITION ROOM POLICY

  1. Please pay your exhibition space fees at registration table before you set up.

  2. No Multi-Level-Marketing (MLM) businesses are permitted.

  3. Material that does not please God is not permitted.  Please ask the conference coordinator if you are not sure.

  4. No gambling, contest, sweepstakes, raffles, or games are permitted.

  5. Keep your booth neat and clean no trash around your area.

  6. Please do not block the walking area, please ask someone to come closer to your exhibit area as possible as you can.

  7. Do not disturb other display area.

  8. If you need something for your display, please ask the conference coordinator.

  9. Please do not use DBFA's Logo, "Deaf Baptist Fellowship of America" or "DBFA" on any material without permission.
