Greetings!  I have found couple of light fixtures for your cabins.  They come in vary combinations but you are more than welcome to choose light fixture only without fan or vice versa.  The price are vary depends on stores.  I could try ask for donation, then find the lowest bid on each pieces.  Maybe light from store a and fan from store b or something like that.  I found many stores sell similar at different prices.  Let me know which one you wanted and I will get price for you.  PLEASE CLICK ON IMAGES TO GET LARGE VIEW.

Scroll is above the fixture in the middle of the downrod.  Downrod comes in 12",18", 24", 36", 48", 60", and 72".  Please measure from ceiling beam to the floor then measure from ceiling to the height of hands that cannot be reach light fixture to prevent get injury (say 7 feet above the ground).  You can use any different combinations of your choice like samples as shown.  I will design the switch by the door to have two switches instead of one and that would turn on the fan and light separate from switches instead of pull chain (you know people will break it anyway so you do not want people to touch fixtures).  Here is a list of outdoor fixtures as shown below.

The outdoor lights would be operating by main breaker as they would be based on solar and motion sensors so we do not forget to turn on or off but we can use breaker if we wanted it off for some reason.  Solar will keep the light dimmed until someone walk then the light will be brighter thus saving energy.  Please let me know if you want other type of light fixtures such as light pole, etc.  Thank you.
